Outline is a fully open source VPN solution. We use this solution to provide good quality VPN service. Learn more about Outline
Follow these instructions to access the open internet on any device, no matter where you are. No personal information will be collected.
1) Download and install the Outline app for your device. If you can't download from primary download links, try the alternate ones:

2) Buy a key.
3) In the Outline app, tap the "+" sign on the top bar and paste the access key.
4) Press the "ADD SERVER" button to confirm.
5) A card will be added to your app. Tap "Connect" to get connected with the new service you added.

Is this VPN secure?
YES. We keep privacy and security in mind. We don't share or sell your data or track your online activity. We use Outline as our technical solution. Outline is open source and has been audited by two independent security firms.

Is there any limit on the data traffic or bandwidth?
There is no limit on bandwidth. But there is limit on data traffic: it depends on the server and plan that you bought.

Is there any limit on the number of devices that I can connect?
NO. You can connect as many device as you want.

Where is the VPN server?
Our VPN servers are located in United States, Hong Kong, Japan and China mainland.

What should I do when the access key expired or data transfer used up?
You should buy a new key and remove the old key from your Outline application.

What should I do when it doesn't work?
